Accepted payment methods
Paypal, creditcard via Paypal (no account needed).

Cancellations
Unfortunately I can’t accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I’ll see what I can do for you.

Returns
Of course I hope you are super happy with your purchase, but if you are for whatever reason unhappy about it, do let me know. However, I cannot be held responsible for damage caused by third parties.

You may return your purchase, providing you contact me first within 14 days of delivery and send items back within 30 days of delivery.
I will refund your purchase price including the original shipping costs (if any) when the item(s) have arrived back with me and are undamaged. It is not possible to also refund the return shipping costs.

These items cannot be returned
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for: custom or personalised orders or digital downloads.

Payment
Please make sure your payment coincides with your order. If I haven’t received a payment within 3 days after placing the order, I’m afraid I’ll have to cancel it. Of course I’ll try and contact you first.

Shipping and delivery
All purchases will be sent using regular Dutch postal service: Postnl, including Track and Trace. If you prefer a different shipping method or postal service, please get touch before placing the order.

Shipping does not include any extra foreign custom fees or taxes.

Unfortunately we are not able to ship to countries outside of Europe at the moment. I cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages caused by postal services or customs. Please take this into consideration when ordering something that has to arrive before a certain date.

Packaging
To protect our environment, I mostly use recycled packaging.

Receipts/invoices
These are sent automatically to you via email. No invoices or receipts are included in your package, but do let me know if you prefer it and I will also include them.

Business invoices
The webshop generates automatic (numbered) invoices. If you would like your company name on the invoice, please enter that name upon purchasing.

VAT and tax
All products are free of VAT, in accordance with article 25 of Dutch tax law (Dutch: alle producten zijn vrijgesteld van OB o.g.v. artikel 25 Wet OB).

If you would like a personalised estimate for your company, please get in touch via email.
